This recipe is great vegan alternative loaded with Chia and Hemp seeds. Chia seeds are excellent source of Omega-3 acids, antioxidants and fiber. Recommended dosage is 20 grams a day (1.5 tbsp). Hemp seeds are rich in healthy fats and essentially fatty acids. They are also great source of protein, vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron. Recommended daily dosage is 42 grams (4 heaped tsp)

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 tsp ground chia seeds
- 4 tsp hulled hemp seeds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
- 2 cups Almond milk
- Pinch of sea salt
- Cooking oil
- Fresh ripe Mango, peeled and sliced
- Icing sugar
- Maple syrup
- In a mixing bowl, alternatively mix flour and almond milk until smooth consistency with no lumps
- Add chia seeds, hemp seeds, baking powder, brown sugar and grape seed oil with pinch of salt
- Set aside for 10 minutes
- Heat pan griddle on medium heat
- Pour pancake mix on oiled griddle (1.5 ladle)
- Cook for 2 minutes until light brown and flip the side
- Cook the other side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown
- Set aside and continue cooking until the mix is used (this recipe makes about 6 medium size pancakes)
- You can make double batch recipe and keep the mix in the fridge for the next day
- Serve immediately with icing sugar and freshly sliced mango and Maple syrup
